These terms govern use of the official Cuban DeVille website. By using the site, you agree to these terms. Stop using the site if you do not agree.
1. Website purpose
This site is an official information and link hub for Cuban DeVille. It provides access to music, visual content, social platforms, mailing-list registration, private-access requests and business contact details.

Unless stated otherwise, all music, lyrics, artwork, logos, names, graphics, videos, writing, design elements and other original content associated with Cuban DeVille are protected by intellectual-property law. 3. The Vault and private material
Vault access, World Keys and private links may be limited, withdrawn or changed at any time. Unreleased music and private material remain confidential and protected. Access does not grant permission to copy, leak, redistribute, upload, sample, publish or commercially use that material.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the site to interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, submit malicious code, automate abusive requests, misrepresent your identity, infringe another person's rights or engage in unlawful activity.
5. External links
The site links to third-party services such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, SoundCloud, X and other websites. Those services are independent and governed by their own terms. Cuban DeVille is not responsible for their availability, security, content or conduct.
6. Bookings and enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract, booking, agency relationship or obligation. Any performance, feature, collaboration, licensing or commercial arrangement must be confirmed separately in writing by authorised parties.
7. Availability and disclaimers
